This project is the second phase of Western Technical College’s Black River Falls adaptive reuse remodel.  This phase implemented two simulation labs for the nursing program with lifelike mannequins that are controlled remotely from the observation center.  Two more computer labs and another Interactive TV classroom were also added.  A large community room was design for students, staff and community gatherings.  A wall mural was installed to recognize nursing’s past and present dedicated to a community donor.  This project is certified LEED silver.
