This project involved evaluating and developing a former grocery for adaptive reuse as Western Technical College’s Regional Learning Center in Black River Falls.   The first phase included two Interactive TV classrooms, health classroom, Instructional Support Services classroom, general education classroom, computer lab, testing area and student resource lounge.  Recesses were created for lounge seating through the corridor and the ceiling opens up to the structure with square clouds floating below.  The project is certified LEED silver.
